Football 2026 - Fall 2026

FOOTBALL REGISTRATION

Registration costs for the 2026 season will be $625.00.  There is an Early Bird discount of $50.00 if you register by March 15, 2026.  There is also a sibling discount of $25.00 except for Tiny Mites.

LATE Registration goes up to $660.00 on May 17, 2026!  Registration closes on June 15, 2026 - DO NOT DELAY!

Payment plans are available for registration.  Before you register, please contact the Registrar via email at registrar@jrgoldeneagles.com

MANDATORY ITEMS TO BE TURNED ON A DATE AND TIME TBD:

1) Medical Clearance Form (this must be dated AFTER April 15, 2026!  The form is available on our website under "Downloads".)

REMEMBER TO HAVE THE DOCTOR STAMP AND SIGN THE SAC/DOJGE MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM. Must be completed on this form only!

2) A copy of your athlete's report card from the SPRING semester of the 2025/2026 school year (child's name, school name, year and grade must be listed)

3) Copy of Birth certificate if this is your child's first year in the program or if they are 13 or 14 years old as of August 31, 2026.

4) $500 Holding check per child for equipment and a $500 holding check/buy out for Mandatory 12 volunteer hours.  Holding checks will be taken at the time of equipment hand out!

5) Practice pants will NOT be provided by the League 

Early Bird Registration - 02/15/2026 to 03/15/2026 - $575.00

Regular Registration - 03/16/2026 to 05/14/2026 - $625.00

Late Registration - 05/15/2026 to 06/14/2026 - $660.00
