Team Parents Needed!

2026 Team Parent Application

We're looking for dedicated Team Parents to help support our football and cheer squads this season! Team Parents play a huge role in keeping things running smoothly—from helping coordinate team dinners and schedules to organizing team events and keeping communication flowing. If you're organized, enthusiastic, and want to be more involved in your athlete's experience, we’d love to have you on board. It takes a team to build a team—and we can’t do it without you! 

 Applications are due 7/20/26. 

Applications will be reviewed at the July Board Meeting. 

 APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO BOARD APPROVAL 


VOLUNTEER HOUR REQUIREMENTS

There will be options for parents to sign up for volunteer hours via the Track it Forward APP. 

Such options are: 

 *Working various time slots in various areas during home games 

 *Helping with events during the season 

 When these hours are posted an email will go out to notify families. First come, first serve. Towards the end of the season we will send reminders to families that have not completed their required hours. 

 At the end of the season all families that have not met the required hours, your holding check will be cashed. 

 Track It forward App will go live shortly after practices begin (mid-late July) 

 Tiny Mite families = 6 volunteer hours 

 JPW-Midget families = 12 volunteer hours

 If you already chose the “buyout” option, you can ignore the emails about Track It Forward. 

 Our organization can not run without your help and support.
